For each entertainment, you create a grid with allocated budgets. This grid is used as reference to each task assigned in the advance schedule, edition of purchase order.

Budgetary analysis

Synthetic budgetary statement
It is the synthesis of budgets of your season per entertainments and sections. Budgets are shown with allocated, committed amounts and balance. You can export these data to Excel.

Detailed budgetary statement
You visualize line by line, expenses for a production, entertainement or working cost. A system of filter makes it possible to refine data display. The modification of a budget involves immediate recalculation of dependant lines.
